PORTFOLIO
RED OAK WINE RACK
This Red Oak Wine Rack is a custom piece with hand cut dovetails and wedge through tenons with a natural oil finish.
FIR SIDE TABLE
I always begin any project, inspired by classic designs, even if the piece is intended to be modern or abstract. These techniques are what ensure that your unique one-of-a-kind piece will last for years to come. I built two of these fur side tables specifically to be the right height for a couch. They are painted with one coat of white that has been distressed and are finished with a few coats of lacquer.
LIVE EDGE FIREPLACE MANTEL
This live edge mantel was built with wood from a cedar tree which was harvested from the property a few years prior. The live edge mantel blended with traditional trim with the rock tile work gives a nice balance of coastal living.
CHERRY SIDEBOARD TABLE
This custom made sideboard table was made from cherry hardwood. All the joints have been built with proper joinery which is built to last.
WAINSCOTTING
Simple wainscoting to bring elegance to any room.
BLACK WALNUT LIQUOR CABINET
This handcrafted liquor cabinet was built and crafted using traditional joinery techniques for strength and aesthetics. This one of a kind art will be a family heirloom for generations as it is sure to last!
BLANKET CHEST
Blanket Chest I made during my apprenticeship with Neil Martin. This piece is constructed with poplar and has wenge inlay on the staved top and around the plinth base. The corners feature hand cut dovetails. The inside bottom is lined with cedar left unfinished for a pleasant smell and to keep the moths away.
WALL PANELLING
Wall panelling is a great way to bring elegance to a room. It can also be used to create an accent wall.
Refitted a 1970's Airstream with new mill work throughout. Above photo of the dining booth with built-in storage and ready for upholstery. Bottom photo is of the food prep area.
AIRSTREAM REFIT
“Where you find quality, you will find a craftsman, not a quality-control expert.”
